摘 要:氧气底吹连续吹炼工艺是目前先进的铜锍吹炼工艺,具有投资省、生产成本低等特点,底吹连续吹炼炉是该工艺的核心设备,不同配置的底吹连续吹炼炉的开炉方法和操作也有各自的特点。本文介绍了具有代表性的底吹吹炼炉采用冷态铜锍开炉的过程,从烘炉开始到吹炼至正常生产条件作了详细阐述。该开炉方法是在长期实践操作中总结出来的,操作技术简单,可提升底吹连续吹炼工艺在铜冶炼行业的认可度。Oxygen bottom-blowing continuous blowing process is the current advanced copper matte smelting process,which has the characteristics of low investment and low production cost.The bottom-blowing continuous converting furnace is the core equipment of the process,and the blowing-in methods and operations of different configurations furnaces also have their own characteristics.This article introduces the typical process of blowing-in bottom-blown converting furnace with cold copper matte,from the beginning of baking furnace to reaching normal production conditions.The furnace blowing-in method is summarized in long-term practical operation,and the operation technology is simple,which can improve the recognition of the bottom blowing continuous converting process in the copper smelting industry.
