摘 要:某公司金银车间每天产生分铜液,原处理方式为铁粉置换法回收海绵铜,此工艺处理成本高,有价金属流失严重。针对此问题,车间进行了净液二段工艺和净液三段工艺处理分铜液的对比试验,通过分析选择了净液三段工艺,结果表明:铜片置换后液转入净液三段工艺的二段工序进行处理,可以保证净液一段电铜质量和净液系统除砷锑铋杂质能力;可回收金属铜、硒、碲、银等有价金属,年增加效益65万元,并节约铁粉费用10.4万元;减少年污水处理费用28万元。A company’s gold and silver workshop produces copper-containing solution every day.The original treatment method is iron powder replacement method to recover sponge copper.This process has high processing costs and serious loss of valuable metals.In response to this problem,the workshop conducted a comparative test between the two-stage clean liquid process and the three-stage clean liquid process for treating copper-containing solution,and the three-stage clean liquid process was selected through analysis.The results shows that the coppercontaining solution is transferred to the second stage of the electrolyte three-stage production process,which can ensure cathode copper quality produced in the first stage,and ensure the ability of impurities removal,such as arsenic,antimony and bismuth;valuable metals such as copper,selenium,tellurium and silver can be recycled,which can increase the annual benefit by 650000 yuan,and save the cost of iron powder by 104000 yuan;reduce the annual sewage treatment cost by 280000 yuan.
