摘 要:为解决氰渣无害化处理技术中工艺水净化破氰的技术难题,某黄金冶炼公司针对氰渣无害化处理过程中产生的高浓度含氰废水的特点,利用"一步沉降一步氧化"的方法处理高浓度含氰废水中的总氰及硫氰。试验分两步:第一步确定五水硫酸铜的用量为5 g/L,此时pH=7,硫氰根离子未检出,满足第一步除硫氰根的要求;第二步确定双氧水的用量为70 mL/L,反应时间以反应过程中出现红褐色沉淀为终点指示。经此工艺处理后的高浓度含氰废水由初始总氰含量1074.67 mg/L、硫氰含量3367.98 mg/L,下降至总氰含量<2 mg/L、硫氰含量未检出的标准,总氰处理率99.81%,硫氰处理率100%,可满足企业破氰工艺循环用水。In order to solve the technical problem of cyanide removal and purification of process water in the harmless treatment of cyanide residues,a gold smelting company used the"one-step sedimentation and one-step oxidation"method to remove the cyanide and thiocyanate,based on the characteristics of high-concentration cyanidecontaining wastewater generated during the harmless treatment of cyanide residue.The test is divided into two steps:the first step is to determine that the amount of copper sulfate pentahydrate is 5 g/L,pH=7,thiocyanate ions are not detected,which meet the requirements of the first step to remove thiocyanate;the second step is to determine the dosage of hydrogen peroxide is 70 mL/L,and the reaction time is indicated by the appearance of reddish-brown precipitation during the reaction.The water quality of the high-concentration cyanide-containing wastewater treated by this process has been well improved,from the initial total cyanide content of 1074.67 mg/L and thiocyanate content of 3367.98 mg/L to a total cyanide content of<2 mg/L and thiocyanate not detected.The total cyanide removal rate is 99.81%,and the thiocyanate removal rate is 100%,which can meet the requirements of recycling water.
