摘　　要：针对冶金行业产生的氮氧化物浓度高,治理困难等特点,公司研发了一套多级射流喷射式高浓度氮氧化物废气处理装置,整套装置包括气液分离器、氧化罐、多级串联射流喷射塔、SDG吸附塔和离心风机等,其中射流喷射塔的级数可以根据具体生产情况进行设计。该装置可将浓度高达40000 mg/m^3的氮氧化物废气处理至50 mg/m^3以下,整个过程不产生废水废渣,无二次污染,而且整套设备占地面积小,还原剂经济易得,投入和运行成本低,适用于矿山冶金企业、金银铂钯铑等贵金属精炼厂以及各企业配套的化验室产生的氮氧化物的治理。In view of the high concentration nitrogen oxides produced in the metallurgical industry which is difficulty to treat,the company has developed a set of multi-stage jet high-concentration nitrogen oxide treatment equipment,which includes gas-liquid separator,oxidation tank,and multi-stage jet tower,SDG adsorption tower and centrifugal fan,etc.The number of stages of jet tower can be designed according to the production conditions.The device can treat nitrogen oxide waste gas with a concentration of up to 40000 mg/m^3 to less than 50 mg/m^3.The whole process does not produce waste water or slag,no secondary pollution,and the whole set of equipment cover a small area,and the reducing agent is cheap and easy to obtain,and has a low operation cost.It is suitable for the treatment of nitrogen oxides produced in mining and metallurgical enterprises,precious metal refineries such as gold,silver,platinum,palladium and rhodium,and laboratories.
