摘　　要：目的:探讨常州武进区高校学生结核病筛查发现情况,为制定学生结核病防治策略提供参考。方法:数据来源于2017-2019年期间各高校学生确诊的肺结核病例及其结核病调查筛查资料。结果:武进区2017-2019年共发现高校学生肺结核病人82例,其中因症就诊检出49例,占59.76%;体检检出15例,占18.29%;筛查检出18例,占21.95%;共筛查10070人,检出肺结核18例,检出率0.18%;首次PPD筛查试验9962人,强阳性检出534人,强阳性检出率5.36%;痰检860人,未检出阳性病例;胸片检查10332人,阳性检出13人,阳性检出率0.13%;二次筛查PPD试验2199人,强阳性检出47人,强阳性检出率2.14%;痰检359人,未检出阳性病例;胸片检查793人,阳性检出5人,阳性检出率0.63%。结论:学校开展结核病筛查是发现学生肺结核的重要途径之一,应加强对学生肺结核的主动检测。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of tuberculosis screening among college students in Wujin District,and then to provide the strategies for the tuberculosis prevention.Methods The data was obtained from the TB screening survey data and the national tuberculosis prevention and management information system from 2017 to 2019.Results A total of 82 tuberculosis patients from colleges or universities were found in Wujin District from 2017 to 2019,of which 49 cases were detected due to symptoms,and the detection rate was 59.76%;15 cases were detected by physical examination,the detection rate was 18.29%;18 cases were detected by screening,and The detection rate was 21.95%.A total of 10,070 students were screened,and 18 cases of tuberculosis were detected,with a detection rate of 0.18%.9962 students participated in the first PPD screening test,and 534 cases were strong positive,accounting for 5.36%;860 participated in sputum tests,no positive cases were detected;10332 cases chest radiographs,13 positive were detected,accounting for 0.13%;2199 students participated in the second PPD screening test,PPD strong positive 47 cases,accounting for 2.14%;sputum test 359 cases,no positive;chest radiography 793 cases,5 positive were detected,accounting for 0.63%.Conclusion The tuberculosis screening is one of the important ways to find tuberculosis in college students.Active tuberculosis monitoring should be strengthened.
