太原市佳星园小区建筑耗热量指标的案例分析

摘　　要：过去,由于缺乏末端用户的实际供热参数,所以主要依据能耗的经验值进行集中供热的运行调节。现在,公司的供热计量系统可以实时地采集到用户的运行数据,因此,本文以公司供热计量系统的数据为依据,选取其中的佳星园小区,对其2019-2020采暖季的的运行数据进行分析,目的是给出该小区建筑物的实际耗热量,为同类型的民用建筑实际耗热量提供数据参考,以及为供热运行能耗提供借鉴。Because of the lack of actual heating parameters of the end-users in the past,the central heating was mainly regulated by the empirical value of energy consumption.Nowadays,the heating metering system of the company can collect the running data of the end-users in real time.Therefore,based on the data of the heating metering system of the company,this paper selects the Jiaxingyuan community and analyzes the operation data of the heating season from 2019 to 2020,in order to give the actual heat consumption of the residential buildings,which can provide data reference for the energy consumption of heating operation of civil buildings.
