摘  要:在非接触眼压计的临床应用中,脉冲气流激发人眼产生微弱振动,获取精确的眼压信息是眼压测量的关键。为提高脉冲气流的稳定性和可控性,提出了ArduinoMega2560单片机驱动步进电机控制气缸的驱动方案。系统设计外接步进电机驱动模块的单片机驱动步进电机,带动连动装置上的活塞运动,压缩气缸内的空气产生可控的脉冲气流,通过喷嘴喷出。单片机作为主控模块,利用软件建立非接触眼压计脉冲气流驱动控制系统的运动模型,实现对步进电机驱动电路的设计、运动曲线的算法分析和对运动过程数值模拟。这种驱动控制方法简单易操作,便于调试,稳定性强,结果表明采用该系统误差小于0.5 kPa,对确定脉冲气流大小范围具有参考价值。In the clinical application of non-contact eye pressure-meter,the human eye is stimulated to produce weak vibrations by pulsing air flow;and it is the key for eye pressure measurement that how to obtain accurate eye pressure information.In order to improve the stability and controllability of pulsed air flow,the drive scheme of the Alderuino Mega2560 microcontroller drive stepper motor control cylinder is proposed.The system is designed to drive the stepper motor with an external stepper motor drive module,which drives the piston movement on the linkage device;and the air in the compressed cylinder produces a controlled pulse-flow,which is ejected through the nozzle.As the main control module,the motion model of the non-contact eye pressure meter pulse driven control system is establishedby using the software;and the algorithm analysis and numerical simulation of the motion process of the stepper motor drive circuit are realized.This driving control method is simple to operate,easy to debug,strong stability,the results show that the error of the system is less than 0.5 kPa and has reference value for determining the size range of pulsed airflow.
