摘 要:六价铬转化膜是最成功的轻合金表面转化膜工艺,然而剧毒致癌的六价铬组分易破坏人类和动物DNA结构,因而其替代工艺备受关注。三价铬转化膜作为替代六价铬转化膜最具前景的轻合金表面处理方法,其成熟工艺可实现盐雾试验周期长达1000 h以上。利用高分辨拉曼光谱探究铝表面三价铬转化膜的铬酸盐价态及机制,结果表明:六价铬组分CrO42-和三价铬组分Cr(OH)3对应拉曼谱峰为847~858和520~550 cm^-1,不存在谱峰叠加干扰等问题,是轻合金表面处理行之有效的检测手段。Hexavalent chromium(chromate)conversion coatings are the most conventional and successful surface treatment technology applied on light alloys.However,hexavalent chromium,Cr6+,is toxic and carcinogenic;it can easily destroy the DNA structure of human beings and animals,so its alternative process has attracted much attention.Trivalent chromium conversion coatings are the most promising alternative to replace chromate conversion coatings and their duration in the neutral salt spray test is more than 1000 hours.The present study employed high-resolution Raman spectroscopy to discuss chromium valence change to understand the mechanism of corrosion protection.The characteristic vibrational Raman shifts for chromate and trivalent chromium species were 847~858 and 520~550 cm^-1 without the overlapping interference.In this sense,Raman spectroscopy is an effective methodology to measure chromium valence of surface treatment applied on light alloys.
