头孢哌酮联合舒巴坦治疗肾盂肾炎患者的临床效果及其对肝肾功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨头孢哌酮联合舒巴坦治疗肾盂肾炎患者的临床效果及其对肝肾功能的影响。方法100例肾盂肾炎患者均于凤城市中心医院接受治疗,时间为2017年1月至2018年4月,根据治疗方案的不同分为对照组(n=50,头孢哌酮治疗)与观察组(n=50,头孢哌酮联合舒巴坦治疗)。比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后C反应蛋白、白细胞计数、白细胞介素(IL)-6及IL-8水平、白细胞计数恢复正常的时间、相关症状缓解时间以及药物不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者总有效率、治疗后C反应蛋白、白细胞计数、IL-6、IL-8水平、白细胞计数恢复正常的时间、相关症状缓解时间均优于对照组,P<0.05。但观察组患者不良反应发生率高于对照组,P<0.05。结论头孢哌酮联合舒巴坦治疗肾盂肾炎患者获得较好的疗效,有利于缩短治疗时间,且可更好地对炎症进行控制,但不良反应也较多,需要加强监测。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of cefoperazone combined with sulbactam in the treatment of patients with pyelonephritis and its influence on liver and kidney function.Methods A total of 100 patients with pyelonephritis were treated in Fengcheng Central Hospital from January 2017 to April 2018.According to the different treatment plans,they were divided into a control group(n=50,cefoperazone treatment)and an observation group(n=50,cefoperazone combined with sulbactam treatment).The clinical efficacy,C-reactive protein before and after treatment,white blood cell count,levels of interleukin(IL)-6 and IL-8,the time for white blood cell count to return to normal,the time for related symptoms to be relieved and the incidence of adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate,C-reactive protein after treatment,white blood cell count,levels of IL-6 and IL-8,the time for white blood cell count to return to normal and the time of remission of related symptoms in the observation group were superior to those in the control group,P<0.05.However,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cefoperazone combined with sulbactam is effective in the treatment of patients with pyelonephritis,which is beneficial to shorten the treatment time and better control inflammation,but there are many adverse reactions and need to be monitored.
