摘　　要：目的探讨免疫检验全过程质量控制措施对检验结果可靠性和准确性的影响。方法选取2018年4月至2019年4月辽宁省健康产业集团铁煤总医院收治的106例免疫检验患者,按照双盲法分为对照组和试验组,每组53例。对照组予以常规血液样本检验,选择化学发光法检测标本,严格按照说明书标准操作;试验组在对照组基础上加用全过程质量控制措施。比较两组患者治疗总有效率与血液样本相关变异指数。结果试验组治疗总有效率为94.34%,高于对照组的67.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者甲胎蛋白、癌胚抗原、CA19-9、CA125水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论免疫检验全过程质量控制措施对检验结果有积极的影响,可确保结果更具可靠性和准确性。Objective To investigate the impact of quality control measures in the whole process of immune inspection on the reliability and accuracy of inspection results.Methods A total of 106 immunoassay patients admitted to the Tiemei General Hospital of Liaoning Health Industry Group from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected and divided into a control group and a test group according to the double-blind method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was subjected to routine blood sample testing,and the chemiluminescence method was selected to test the specimens,and the operation was performed in strict accordance with the instructions;the test group added the whole process quality control measures to the control group.The total effective rate of the two groups was compared with the blood sample-related index of variation.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 94.34%,which was higher than 67.92%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of alpha-fetoprotein,carcinoembryonic antigen,CA19-9 and CA125 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality control measures in the whole process of immunoassay have positive effects on the test results,which can make it more reliable and accurate.
