糖皮质激素治疗难治性肺炎支原体肺炎患儿的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨糖皮质激素治疗难治性肺炎支原体肺炎患儿的效果。方法选取2016年4月至2018年9月锦州市中心医院收治的116例难治性肺炎支原体肺炎患儿,按照双盲法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组58例。对照组实施常规护理,试验组采用糖皮质激素治疗,比较两组患儿的治疗效果、临床症状消失时间、血沉与C反应蛋白水平。结果试验组患儿的治疗总有效率为94.83%,高于对照组患儿的82.76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患儿发热、肺部阴影、咳嗽及肺部啰音消失时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组患儿的血沉与C反应蛋白水平均低于干预前,且试验组血沉与C反应蛋白水平降低幅度更大,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用糖皮质激素治疗难治性肺炎支原体肺炎患儿,可显著缩短患儿的临床症状消失时间,改善炎性反应。Objective To investigate the effect of glucocorticoid on children's refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Methods From April 2016 to September 2018,116 children with refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in Jinzhou Central Hospital were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to double-blind method,58 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received glucocorticoid treatment.The total effective rate of treatment,disappearance time of clinical symptoms,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein level were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment for children in the experimental group was 94.83%,which was higher than 82.76%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever,pulmonary shadow,cough and pulmonary rales in the experimental group were shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the levels of erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein in the two groups were lower than before the intervention,and the reduction degree of erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Glucocorticoid therapy for refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children can shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and improve inflammatory response.
