百令胶囊联合尿毒清治疗慢性肾功能不全的疗效

摘　　要：目的分析百令胶囊联合尿毒清在治疗慢性肾功能不全过程中的临床疗效。方法本次试验研究的对象为慢性肾功能不全患者86例,其入院时间在2018年4月至2019年4月,根据患者选择治疗方式的不同分为联合组与单一组,其中单一组43例患者治疗药物为百令胶囊,联合组43例患者治疗药物为百令胶囊联合尿毒清。结果在治疗有效率的比较上,联合组患者明显高于单一组患者(P<0.05);联合组患者治疗后24 h尿蛋白定量、尿素氮、血肌酐、红细胞计数、血红蛋白水平、临床症状评分与治疗前相比均有显著改善,且联合组患者的改善情况显著优于单一组患者(P<0.05)。结论百令胶囊联合尿毒清治疗慢性肾功能不全效果佳,可以改善患者的各项肾功能指标和红细胞计数、血红蛋白水平,改善了患者的恶心、呕吐、纳差以及神疲乏力、皮肤瘙痒、浮肿等临床症状。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of bailing capsule combined with niaoduqing in the treatment of chronic renal insufficiency.Methods Eighty-six patients with chronic renal insufficiency were studied in this experiment,and their admission time was from April 2018 to April 2019.They were divided into a combined group and a single group according to different treatment methods selected by the patients,among them,there were 43 patients in the single group,whose treatment drug was bailing capsule,and 43 patients in the combined group,whose treatment drug was bailing capsule combined with niaoduqing.Results Compared with the effective rate of treatment,the patients in the combined group were significantly higher than those in the single group(P<0.05).The 24-hour urine protein,urea nitrogen,creatinine,red blood cell count,hemoglobin level and clinical symptom score in the combined group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of the combined group was significantly better than that of the single group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of treatment for patients with chronic renal insufficiency,the application of bailing capsule combined with niaoduqing can better improve various renal function indexes,red blood cell count and hemoglobin level of patients,and improve clinical symptoms of patients such as nausea,vomiting,anorexia,mental fatigue,skin pruritus,edema,etc.It is worthy of wide clinical promotion.
