中药复方制剂糖末宁治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床评估

摘　　要：目的临床分析中药复方制剂糖末宁治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。方法采用回顾性方法分析,以60例糖尿病周围神经病变患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法将患者分为对照组(30例,给予常规治疗)与研究组(30例,在对照组的基础上给予中药复方制剂糖末宁治疗)。比较两组患者临床疗效、感觉神经、运动神经的传导速度。结果研究组患者的治疗有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组(70.00%)(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者感觉神经、运动神经的传导速度组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组感觉神经、运动神经的传导速度均高于对照组,均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖经对比分析,无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖与对照组相比明显降低,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药复方制剂糖末宁治疗糖尿病周围神经病变,疗效显著,提高神经传导速度。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of tangmoning on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods Retrospective analysis,60 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients were selected as the research object,and they were divided into control group(30 cases,given conventional treatment)and study group(30 cases,based on the control group,given traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation tangmoning treatment).The clinical efficacy,sensory nerve and motor nerve conduction velocity were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the study group was 93.33%,higher than the control group(70.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups of sensory nerve and motor nerve conduction velocity(P>0.05).After treatment,the conduction velocity of sensory nerve and motor nerve in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tangmoning is a traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation,has high clinical efficacy in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,and can improve nerve conduction velocity.
