雷公藤多苷片联合奥美沙坦治疗原发性IgA肾病患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨雷公藤多苷片联合奥美沙坦治疗原发性免疫球蛋白A(IgA)肾病患者的临床疗效。方法选取我院2015年3月至2019年2月收治的34例原发性IgA肾病患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(采用雷公藤多苷片联合奥美沙坦治疗)和对照组(采用奥美沙坦治疗),每组17例。观察比较两组患者的临床治疗效果以及治疗前后肾功能指标。结果与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后的血肌酐、血尿素氮、24 h尿蛋白定量水平均降低(P<0.05)。治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组患者的治疗总有效率相对更高(94.12%>64.71%),而血肌酐、血尿素氮、24 h尿蛋白定量水平相对更低[(105.92±9.67)μmol/L vs.(119.25±14.18)μmol/L、(7.61±0.86)mmol/L vs.(9.55±0.93)mmol/L、(0.58±0.37)g vs.(0.89±0.43)g](P<0.05)。结论在原发性IgA肾病患者的临床治疗中,应用雷公藤多苷片与奥美沙坦联合用药方法,对于改善患者的临床症状和促进患者的肾功能恢复有着积极的影响。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside combined with omesartan in the treatment of patients with primary immunoglobulin A(IgA)nephropathy.Methods Thirty-four patients with primary IgA nephropathy admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to February 2019 were selected as study objects and divided into observation group(treated with tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside combined with omesartan)and control group(treated with omesartan),with 17 cases in each group.To observe and compare the clinical therapeutic effect and renal function indexes before and after treatment.Results Compared with before treatment,the levels of serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen and urine protein quantitative at 24 h after treatment were all decreased in both groups(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the total effective rate of patients was higher in the observation group(94.12%>64.71%),and the levels of serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,and urine protein quantitative at 24 h were lower[(105.92±9.67)μmol/L vs.(119.25±14.18)μmol/L,(7.61±0.86)mmol/L vs.(9.55±0.93)mmol/L,(0.58±0.37)g vs.(0.89±0.43)g](P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with primary IgA nephropathy,the combined use of tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside and omesartan has a positive impact on improving the clinical symptoms and promoting the recovery of renal function in patients.
