补中益气汤治疗血液透析并慢性低血压患者的效果

摘　　要：目的分析补中益气汤用于治疗血液透析合并慢性低血压患者的临床价值。方法选取2017年10月至2019年10月沈阳市中医院收治的126例血液透析合并慢性低血压患者作为观察对象,根据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(63例)和试验组(63例)。对照组给予常规西药治疗,试验组在对照组用药基础上增加补中益气汤治疗,比较两组患者的血压改善情况、整体恢复情况、不良反应发生情况及预后满意度。结果治疗后,试验组慢性低血压症状明显较对照组改善,治疗总有效率、患者及其家属对预后的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组仅少数患者在用药后出现了消化道不良反应,但经过对症支持处理后症状均消失,且两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论将补中益气汤用于治疗血液透析合并慢性低血压患者的效果突出,能够显著改善患者的临床症状,促进患者的身体恢复,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the clinical value of buzhong yiqi tang for the treatment of patients with hemodialysis and chronic hypotension.Methods From October 2017 to October 2019,126 patients with hemodialysis combined with chronic hypotension in the Shenyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as observation objects.All patients were divided into a control group(63 cases)and an experimental group(63 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment.The experimental group added Buzhong Yiqi tang for treatment based on control group.Patients'blood pressure improvement,overall recovery,occurrence of adverse reactions and prognostic satisfaction were compared.Results The chronic hypotension symptoms of the experimental group were significantly improved after receiving combination therapy than the control group,the overall treatment efficiency and the prognostic satisfaction of patients and their families were higher,the differences were significant(P<0.05).A few patients had adverse gastrointestinal reactions after medication in the two groups,but the symptoms disappeared after symptomatic treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of buzhong yiqi tang for the treatment of hemodialysis combined with chronic hypotension is outstanding.This method can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients and promote the recovery of patients.It has a high clinical application value.
