炎琥宁粉针剂治疗小儿呼吸道感染的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察炎琥宁粉针剂治疗小儿呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在我院儿科治疗呼吸道感染的患儿156例作为目标,按入院时间分为常规组(78例)和研究组(78例)。常规组采用利巴韦林治疗,研究组采用炎琥宁粉针剂治疗,对比两组临床疗效、并发症及治疗满意。结果研究组的临床治疗效果及治疗满意度高于常规组,并发症低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论炎琥宁粉针剂治疗小儿呼吸道感染疗效确切,安全性高,可作为小儿呼吸道感染的首选药物。Objective To observe the clinical effect of yanhuning powder injection in the treatment of respiratory tract infection in children.Methods One hundred and fifty-six pediatric patients with respiratory tract infections treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the target.They were divided into routine group(78 cases)and study group(78 cases)according to admission time.The routine group was treated with ribavirin,while the study group was treated with yanhuning powder injection.The clinical efficacy,complications and treatment of the two groups were satisfactory.Results The clinical efficacy and satisfaction of treatment in the study group were higher than those in the routine group,and the complications were lower than those in the routine group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yanhuning powder injection is effective and safe in the treatment of children's respiratory tract infection,and can be used as the first choice for children's respiratory tract infection.
