摘 要:目的探讨电话随访护理干预对乙型肝炎肝硬化患者出院后遵医依从性及护理满意度的影响。方法将154例乙型肝炎肝硬化患者随机分为两组各77例,对照组予以常规的出院指导及不定期的电话随访,研究组予以出院指导及电话随访干预。在干预后评价患者的遵医依从性及护理满意度。结果研究组按医嘱用药、不乱用、滥用药物、戒烟戒酒、避免劳累、健康饮食、保持乐观情绪的依从性评分及对护士的责任心、护士的态度、护士的沟通技巧、电话随访的频率、电话随访的内容满意度均明显高于对照组,比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强出院后乙型肝炎肝硬化患者的电话随访护理干预,是提高其遵医依从性的有效途径,并能提高患者的护理满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of telephone follow-up nursing intervention on compliance and nursing satisfaction of patients with hepatitis b cirrhosis after discharge.Methods One hundred and fifty-four cases of hepatitis B cirrhosis were randomly divided into two groups of 77 cases each.The control group receivedn routine discharge guidance and irregular telephone follow-up.The research group received routine discharge guidance and telephone follow-up intervention.Patients'compliance and nursing satisfaction were evaluated after intervention.Results The research group used drugs as prescribed by doctors,did not abuse drugs,quit smoking and alcohol,avoiding fatigue,eating healthy,maintaining optimism,compliance scores and responsibility to nurses,nurses’attitudes,nurses’communication skills,frequency of telephone follow-ups,the content satisfaction of telephone follow-up was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is an effective way to improve compliance and nursing satisfaction of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis after discharge.
