护理干预在子宫颈癌患者围手术期护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预在子宫颈癌患者围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法选择葫芦岛市中心医院妇科2017年1月至2019年1月收治的子宫颈癌患者62例,其中33例患者采取护理干预措施作为观察组,29例患者采取常规护理措施作为对照组。比较两组患者术前、术后SDS、SAS评分、并发症发生情况、护理满意度以及住院时间。结果两组患者术后SDS评分与SAS评分与术前相比均有所降低,且与对照组相比,观察组患者SDS评分与SAS评分下降更多(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率为9.09%,低于对照组的30.03%(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度为93.93%,明显高于对照组的79.31%(P<0.05)。结论护理干预在子宫颈癌患者的围手术期护理中具有重要的作用,有利于缓解患者的抑郁焦虑状态,使患者的并发症发生率降低和护理满意度提高。Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention in the perioperative nursing of patients with cervical cancer.Methods A total of 62 patients with cervical cancer admitted to the department of gynecology of Huludao Central Hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected.Among them,33 patients took nursing intervention measures as the observation group,and 29 patients took conventional nursing measures as the control group.The preoperative and postoperative SDS and SAS scores,complications,nursing satisfaction,and hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results The SDS scores and SAS scores of the two groups of patients decreased compared with that before operation,compared with the control group,the SDS scores and SAS scores of the observation group decreased more,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complication in the observation group was 9.09%,which was lower than 30.03%in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 93.93%,which was significantly higher than 79.31%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention plays an important role in the perioperative nursing of patients with cervical cancer.It is helpful to alleviate the depression and anxiety of patients,reduce the incidence of complications of patients,and improve nursing satisfaction of patients.
