小儿结核性脑膜炎的护理方法及效果

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿结核性脑膜炎的护理方法及效果。方法将2017年1月至2019年1月入我院接受治疗的小儿结核性脑膜炎患儿作为此次研究选择对象的目标人群,将其中62例符合此次研究入组标准及排除标准的患儿依据入院顺序进行分组,对照组31例患儿实施常规护理,观察组31例患儿则增加实施优质护理干预。对比两组患儿临床疗效、诊疗依从率、不良反应发生率以及护理满意率。结果观察组患儿诊疗依从率90.32%、临床治疗总有效率96.77%、护理满意率96.77%,与对照组的67.74%、80.65%、77.42%相比均有明显提高(P<0.05)。观察组患儿不良反应发生率为9.68%,低于对照组的32.26%(P<0.05)。结论强化小儿结核性脑膜炎的护理可在很大程度上提高该疾病的临床治疗效果,更利于患儿康复,同时也可提高患儿家属对护理服务的满意度,故临床应予以重视。Objective To explore the nursing method and effect of children with tuberculous meningitis.Methods Children with tuberculous meningitis admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the target population of this study.Sixty-two children who met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of this study were divided into groups according to the order of admission.31 cases in the control group were given routine care,and 31 cases in the observation group were given high-quality nursing intervention.The clinical efficacy,treatment compliance rate,incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment compliance rate of the observation group was 90.32%,the total effective rate of clinical treatment was 96.77%,and the nursing satisfaction rate was 96.77%,compared with 67.74%,80.65%and 77.42%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 9.68%in the observation group,which was lower than 32.26%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the nursing of children with tuberculous meningitis can greatly improve the clinical treatment effect of the disease,more conducive to the recovery of children,and can improve the satisfaction of the family members of children with nursing service,so clinical should pay attention to it.
