止呕护理对内科肿瘤化疗患者功能性呕吐及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探究止呕护理对内科肿瘤化疗患者功能性呕吐及生活质量的影响。方法选取2015年3月至2018年1月本院内科收治的肿瘤化疗患者共86例,随机分组为43例对照组和43例观察组,对照组予以止呕药物和常规护理,观察组予在对照组的基础上给予止呕护理,对比两组患者的功能性呕吐及生活质量改善的情况。结果护理干预后,观察组功能性呕吐评分及生活质量评分均高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组胃肠道不良反应改善情况低于对照组,P<0.05。结论止呕护理对改善内科肿瘤化疗患者的功能性呕吐及提高生活质量方面效果显著,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of anti-vomiting nursing on functional vomiting and quality of life in patients with internal tumor undergoing chemotherapy.Methods From March 2015 to January 2018,a total of 86 patients with tumor undergoing chemotherapy were randomly divided into 43 control group and 43 observation group.The control group was given antiemetics and routine nursing,the observation group was given antiemetic nursing on the basis of the control group,and the functional vomiting and the improvement of life quality were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing intervention,the scores of functional vomiting and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the improvement of gastrointestinal adverse reaction in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Anti-vomiting nursing has a significant effect on improving the functional vomiting and improving the quality of life of patients with medical tumor chemotherapy,and it is worthy of promotion.
