心理干预在肝癌手术患者术后护理中的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨心理干预在肝癌手术患者术后护理中的临床应用价值。方法从2017年8月至2019年6月在我院接受诊治的肝癌手术患者中选取108例作为研究对象,按术后护理方案的不同分组:将采取常规护理干预者设为对照组(n=54),将在常规护理干预基础上实施心理干预者设为研究组(n=54)。比较分析两组患者术后12、48、72 h疼痛程度、主观护理体验优良率以及生活质量评分。结果研究组患者术后12、48、72 h的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者主观护理体验优良率为100.00%,高于对照组的88.89%(P<0.05);研究组患者生活质量评分为(85.34±4.18)分,高于对照组的(77.69±6.75)分(P<0.05)。结论心理干预应用于肝癌手术患者术后护理中的临床优势突出,可有效缓解患者术后疼痛感,提高患者生活质量水平,予以患者理想的主观护理体验。Objective To explore the clinical application value of psychological intervention in postoperative nursing of patients with liver cancer surgery.Methods One hundred and eight patients with liver cancer surgery who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from August 2017 to June 2019 were divided into two groups according to the postoperative nursing plan:the patients who took routine nursing intervention were set as the control group(n=54),the patients who took psychological intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention were set as the study group(n=54).Compare and analyze the pain degree at 12,48,and 72 hours after surgery,excellent and good rate of subjective nursing experience and scores of quality of life of the two groups of patients.Result The Visual Analog Scale(VAS)scores of patients in the study group were lower than those of the control group at 12,48,and 72 h after surgery(P<0.05);the excellent and good rate of subjective nursing experience in the study group was 100.00%,which was higher than 88.89%of the control group(P<0.05);the score of quality of life of the patients in the study group was(85.34±4.18)points,which was higher than the(77.69±6.75)points of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention in postoperative nursing of patients with liver cancer surgery has outstanding advantages,which can effectively alleviate the postoperative pain,improve the quality of life,and provide ideal subjective nursing experience.
