生物-心理-社会一体化护理模式在肺结核患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨生物-心理-社会一体化护理模式在肺结核患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年4月至2019年4月在抚顺市第四医院接受治疗的112例肺结核患者作为研究对象,依据奇偶数分组法将其分为观察组和对照组,各56例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用生物-心理-社会一体化护理模式,比较两组护理前后的世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQO-BREF)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、治疗依从性以及满意度。结果护理后,观察组WHOQO-BREF各项评分、SAS评分、依从性和满意度均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生物-心理-社会一体化护理模式可改善肺结核患者的生活质量,有助于减轻其负性情绪,提高其治疗依从性和护理满意度。Objective To investigate the application effect of the integrated care of biology,psychology and society in the nursing of tuberculosis.Methods A total of 112 pulmonary tuberculosis patients who were treated in our hospital at the Fourth Hospital of Fushun from April 2017 to April 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the odd and even number grouping method,they were divided into observation group and control group,each with 56 cases.The control group adopts routine nursing,and the observation group adopts the integrated biology,psychology and society nursing model on the basis of the control group.Compare the WHOQO-BREF and anxiety self-assessment between the two groups before and after nursing,SAS score,treatment compliance and satisfaction.Results After nursing,the WHOQO-BREF scores,SAS scores,compliance and satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing care of pulmonary tuberculosis patients,adopting the integrated nursing model of biology,psychology and society can improve the patients'quality of life,reduce their negative emotions,improve their compliance with treatment and nursing satisfaction.
