优质护理服务在住院精神分裂症患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理服务在住院精神分裂症患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年12月至2018年11月锦州市康宁医院收治的80例住院精神分裂症患者,按照住院先后时间分为试验组和对照组,每组40例。对照组开展常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上开展优质护理服务,比较两组不良事件发生情况、治疗依从性、生活质量及护理满意度。结果试验组不良事件总发生率、治疗依从性、护理后简明健康状况量表(SF-36)评分、护理总满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在住院精神分裂症患者的护理过程中应用优质护理服务的效果显著优于常规护理,不仅可以预防多种不良事件,增强治疗依从性,还能够显著提升生活质量与护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing service in inpatients with schizophrenia.Methods From December 2017 to November 2018,80 inpatients with schizophrenia in Jinzhou Kangning Hospital were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to hospitalization time,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given highquality nursing service on the basis of the control group.The incidence of adverse events,treatment compliance,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of adverse events,treatment compliance,SF-36 after nursing,and total nursing satisfaction in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing process of inpatients with schizophrenia,the effect of high-quality nursing service is significantly better than that of routine nursing,which can not only prevent a variety of adverse events,enhance treatment compliance,but also significantly improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
