整体护理延伸服务对老年原发性高血压患者高血压认知状况与护理满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的分析整体护理延伸服务对老年原发性高血压患者高血压认知状况与护理满意度的影响。方法选取2018年4月至2019年3月医院收治的77例老年原发性高血压患者,按照随机数字原则将其分为对照组(33例,实施整体护理)和观察组(44例,实施整体护理延伸服务),比较不同护理模式对原发性高血压患者高血压认知状况与护理满意度的影响。结果观察组护理后的疾病概念与病因、自测血压、合理用药、合理膳食、坚持运动知晓率均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察者护理后的血压水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将整体护理延伸服务应用于老年原发性高血压患者中,可提高患者对高血压疾病的认知情况与护理满意度。Objective To analyze the effect of holistic nursing extension service on hypertension cognitive status and nursing satisfaction in elderly patients with essential hypertension.Methods From April 2018 to March 2019,77 elderly patients with essential hypertension admitted to the hospital,all patients were divided into the control group(33 cases,implemented holistic nursing)and the observation group(44 cases,implemented holistic nursing extension service)according to the principle of random numbers.Effects of hypertension cognitive status and nursing satisfaction in patients with hypertension were compared.Results The concept and cause of disease,self-tested blood pressure,reasonable medication,reasonable diet,and exercise awareness in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The blood pressure levels of the observers were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The overall nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of holistic nursing extension service in elderly patients with essential hypertension can improve patients'awareness of hypertension and nursing satisfaction.
