超选择子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤患者的护理配合及效果

摘　　要：目的分析超选择子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤患者的护理配合及效果。方法选取我院2017年10月至2018年10月收治的102例子宫肌瘤患者,均行超选择子宫动脉栓塞治疗,按护理方式的差异分为观察组和对照组,每组51例。对照组患者行常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理基础上行护理配合。比较两组患者护理满意度、护理依从性,另于术后6个月后比较两组治疗效果以及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者护理满意度96.08%、护理依从性98.04%、子宫肌瘤治疗总有效率90.20%、并发症发生率27.45%均优于对照组的78.43%、82.35%、80.39%、47.06%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理配合用于超选择子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤时,应重视规范性、持续性、系统性,以促进患者康复,提升治疗效果,规避并发症。Objective To analyze the nursing cooperation and effect of superselective uterine artery embolization in the treatment of patients with uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 102 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected for superselective uterine artery embolization treatment.According to the difference in nursing mode,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 51 patients in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing,and patients in the observation group received nursing cooperation on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing satisfaction and nursing compliance of the two groups were compared,and the treatment effect and complication rate of the two groups were also compared 6 months after the operation.Results The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 96.08%,the nursing compliance was 98.04%,the total effective rate of uterine fibroids treatment was 90.20%,the complication rate was 27.45%,which were better than 78.43%,82.35%,80.39%,47.06%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing cooperation was applied in the treatment of uterine fibroids by superselective uterine artery embolization,attention should be paid to the standardization,continuity and systematicness,so as to promote the rehabilitation of patients,improve the treatment effect and avoid complications.
