摘 要:为制备弹性导电纱线,采用铜粉(Cu)改性的液态金属(LM)涂覆于不同基材的弹性纱线表面,通过电子万能材料试验机及数字电桥,测试纱线伸长率、纱线种类、铜粉含量、涂覆量、多次反复拉伸及不同拉伸速率等对弹性导电纱线电阻的影响。结果表明:铜粉质量分数为8%~13%的Cu-LM对纱线具有良好的结合能力,且Cu-LM涂覆纱线的导电性能及长时间下的稳定性能良好。即使在弹性伸长率高达120%时,Cu-LM涂覆的弹性纱线电阻值变化不大于2Ω/5 cm;在500 mm/min高速、反复拉伸50次条件下,5 cm长电阻值变化不大于0.3Ω,表明液态金属是制备弹性导电纱线的极好导电材料。The liquid metal(LM)modified by copper powder(Cu)was coated on the surface of different elastic yarns to prepare the elastic conductive yarn.Using the electronic universal material testing machine and the digital bridge,the resistance of the elastic conductive yarn was tested under different parameters,including the yarn elongation rate,yarn types,copper powder content,coating amount,repeated stretching and different stretching rate.The results show that the Cu-LM with 8%-13%copper powder is combined well with the yarn,and the Cu-LM coated yar has good conductivity and stability for a long time.Even when the elastic elongation rate is as high as 120%,the resistance of Cu LM coated elastic yarn changes no more than 2Ω/5 cm;When the yarn is stretched at the high speed 500 mm/min for 50 times,the resistance changes no more than 0.3Ω/5 cm,which indicates that liquid metal is an excellent conductive material for the preparation of elastic conductive yarn.
