摘 要:为解决未改性丙纶难以染色的难题,以1-(苯基偶氮)-2-萘酚和1-碘癸烷为原料,通过O-烷基化反应制备改性染料1-(苯基偶氮)-2-萘癸醚。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱分析染料分子结构,通过Chem3D Ultra 8.0软件预测染料的logP值,Hoy基团增量法计算染料的溶解度参数δ,从而评价改性染料的疏水性。采用高温高压染色工艺对丙纶无纺布进行染色,并对改性染料的染色性能进行评价。结果表明:改性染料logP值为9.09,具有高疏水性,溶解度参数δ为17.125(J/cm^3)1/2,与丙纶接近。改性染料染色样品的K/S值为13.3,耐摩擦、耐皂洗、耐迁移和耐汗渍色牢度均提高到4级以上。In order to solve the difficulties in dyeing the unmodified polypropylene fibers,1-(phenyl azo)-2-naphthyl decyl ether was prepared from 1-(phenyl azo)-2-naphthol and 1-iododecane through O-alkylation reaction.The molecular structures of the dyes were analyzed by FT-MIR and 1HNMR.In order to evaluate the hydrophobicity of the dyes,the logP values were predicted by Chem3D Ultra 8.0,and the solubility parameterδwas estimated with the Hoy group contribution method.The high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing technology was used to dye the polypropylene non-woven fabrics and the dyeing properties of the modified dye were evaluated.The results indicate that the logP value of the modified dye is 9.09,which indicates high hydrophobicity.The solubility parameterδis 17.125(J/cm^3)1/2,which is close to that of the polypropylene.The K/S value of the dyed sample is 13.3,and the color fastness to rubbing,washing,dye transfer and perspiration can reach to level 4 and above.
