摘　　要：标准化已成为国家治理体系和治理能力现代化重要手段,而具有科学性和法律性双重属性的法庭科学实验室毒品鉴定尚缺乏必要的标准化体系。本文根据当前法庭科学实验室毒品鉴定标准化工作现状和专业特色,结合ISO/IEC 17025:2017、GB/T 13016—2018及CNAS-CL08:2018相关要求,将标准体系分为基础标准、技术标准和管理标准3个子体系,为法庭科学实验室毒品检验标准化建设提供参考。Standardization has become an important mean of modernizing the national governance system and governance capacity.However,drug identification in forensic laboratories with scientific and legal attributes is still lack of necessary standards system.To meet the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017,GB/T 13016-2018 and CNAS-CL08:2018,the paper establishes a hierarchical standards system with three categories including basic standard,technical standard and management standard based on the current situation and the existing problems and disciplinary characteristics of the drug laboratory standards system.It will provide the basis and guidance for the future development of drug identification in forensic laboratories.
