摘 要:随着社会经济的快速发展,水资源矛盾日益突出。因此,做好水资源矛盾协调具有重要意义。在分析河流水资源矛盾的基础上,构建了我国水资源矛盾协调框架。以晋江流域为例,确定晋江流域的水资源矛盾类型为水质型和过程型,分析计算水生态刚性需水、刚弹性需水和弹性需水背景下,采用多目标优化方法,确定协调水质型和过程型矛盾的调水方案。水资源矛盾协调框架可为水资源矛盾管理提供理论依据和技术支持。With the rapid development of social economy,the contradiction of water resources has become increasingly prominent.Therefore,it is of great significance to coordinate water resources conflicts.Based on the analysis of river water resources conflicts,a coordinated framework of water resources conflicts in China is constructed.Taking the Jinjiang River Basin as an example,we classified the types of water resources conflicts in the the Jinjiang River Basin into water quality type and process type,analyzed and calculated the water ecdogical rigid water demand,rigid elastic water demand and elastic water demand,and adopted the multi-objective optimization method to determine the coordinated water quality water transfer scheme that contradicts the process.The water resources conflict coordination framework can provide theoretical basis and technical support for water resource conflict management.
