摘 要:随着全球化进程不断推进,国际分工与协作的精细化程度越来越高,全球化依赖程度也越来越明显。尤其在"一带一路"倡议的推进过程中,与东盟各国的教育合作与发展更是站在了前沿地带。东盟各国对外国高等教育学历与专业证书认证体系与途径就尤为重要。印度尼西亚、马来西亚、泰国、越南和菲律宾作为东盟较为典型的五个国家,经济实力不同,对教育的投入比重不一,教育资源和质量各异,对外国学历认证的标准也具有各自的特点。基于此,本文对东盟五个国家对外国学历认证的现状进行了探讨和分析,为我国高校开展与东盟的教育合作提供参考。With the continuous advancement of the globalization process,the degree of refinement of international division of labor and cooperation has become higher,and the degree of dependence on globalization has become more obvious.Especially in the process of advancing the"Belt and Road"policy,the educational cooperation and development with ASEAN countries has stood at the forefront.It is particularly important to know the ASEAN countries’certification systems and methods of foreign higher education qualifications and professional certificate.As the five typical ASEAN countries,Indonesia,Malaysia,Thailand,Vietnam and the Philippines have different economic strengths,different proportions of investment in education,different educational resources and quality,and their own characteristics for foreign academic certification standards.Based on this,this article discusses and analyzes the current situation of foreign academic certification in five ASEAN countries,and provides relevant references for domestic universities to develop education cooperation with the five ASEAN countries.
