摘  要:在新冠肺炎疫情期间,高等教育法学课程教学面临着前所未有的困境和挑战,法学课程全面开展线上教学虽为应急状态下的无奈之选,但这对于构建新型法学课程信息化教学体系、探索线上线下混合教学模式却是绝佳的实践机遇。法学课程教学通过搭建多元教学平台、整合优质教学资源、打造混合式"金课"、强化课程思政融合、健全课程设置体系和服务保障体系等有效举措,构建起线上线下配合的法学课程初步模型,不仅为疫情过后法学课程信息化建设的全面升级积累经验,还对促进法学教育高质量多有裨益。During the epidemic period,the teaching of law courses in higher education is facing unprecedented difficulties and challenges.Although online teaching in an all-round way is the inevitable choice under the emergency state,it is an excellent practical opportunity to build a new information-based teaching system and explore the online and offline mixed teaching mode.Through the effective measures of building multiple teaching platforms,integrating high-quality teaching resources,creating a mixed"golden course",strengthening the ideological and political integration of courses,improving the course setting system and service guarantee system.The law course teaching has built a new mode of"one body and two wings",which not only accumulates experience for the comprehensive upgrading of the information construction after the epidemic,but also promotes the high quality.
