从中医“脾系”与“免疫”的相关性探讨艾滋病论治

摘　　要：中医药治疗艾滋病主要通过调节宿主的免疫功能来实现,而中医对艾滋病病毒的病性、病位、病机演变规律以及调节免疫的靶点和机制尚不明确。中医脾的概念是一个系统概念,其与现代黏膜免疫系统关系密切。本文通过探讨中医"脾系"与现代黏膜免疫功能之间的关系,旨在讨论中医认识艾滋病病毒的病性、病位、病机演变,为中医从"脾系"论治艾滋病及通过免疫调节论治艾滋病提供理论依据。Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment of AIDS mainly through the regulation of host immune function.However,from the perspective of TCM,disease location,pathogenesis,the target and mechanism of immune regulation are still unclear.The concept of spleen in TCM is a systematic concept,which is closely related to the modern mucosal immune system."Spleen system"of TCM is closely related to modern mucosal immune function.The purpose of this paper is to explore the association between"spleen system"of TCM and modern mucous membrane immune system,so as to provide ideas for TCM to understand the disease nature,location and pathogenesis of HIV and to treat AIDS from the perspective of"spleen system".
