摘 要:采用砂磨工艺对Al2O3粉体进行研磨,研究了粉体的形貌,以及在SiO2-ZrO2-MgO-CaO烧结助剂作用下烧结粉体得到95Al2O3陶瓷的物相组成、微观结构和力学性能,并与行星球磨工艺下的进行对比。结果表明:砂磨后Al2O3粉体的平均粒径仅为0.2μm,砂磨对粉体具有明显的细化作用,而行星球磨后的中位粒径为2.4μm,与未研磨粉体的相近;烧结砂磨粉体得到陶瓷的物相为Al2O3、Al0.52Zr0.48O1.74、m-ZrO2,而烧结行星球磨粉体与未研磨粉体的物相为Al2O3与微量m-ZrO2;烧结砂磨粉体得到陶瓷表面的Al2O3晶粒未异常长大,ZrO2相钉扎在Al2O3晶界,而烧结行星球磨粉体与未研磨粉体的Al2O3晶粒均存在异常长大现象;烧结砂磨粉体得到陶瓷的断裂韧度为(4.6±0.6)MPa·m1/2,高于烧结未研磨和行星球磨粉体的。The morphology of the Al2O3 powder milled by sanding process and the composition,microstructure,and mechanical properties of 95Al2O3 ceramics prepared by sintering the powder with SiO2-ZrO2-MgO-CaO sintering aid were studied,and compared with those milled by planetary ball.The results show that the average particle size of Al2O3 powder after sanding was 0.2μm,indicating that sanding had a significant refining effect on powder;the median particle size after planetary ball milling was 2.4μm,which was similar to that of powder without milling.The phases of the ceramics prepared by sintering powder with sanding were Al2O3,Al0.52Zr0.48O1.74 and m-ZrO2,and those prepared by sintering powder with planetary ball milling and without milling were Al2O3 and a small amount of m-ZrO2.The Al2O3 grains on surface of the ceramics prepared by sintering powder with sanding did not grow abnormally,and the ZrO2 phase was pinned at Al2O3 grain boundaries;the Al2O3 grains prepared by sintering powder with planetary ball milling and without milling grew abnormally.The fracture toughness of ceramics prepared by sintering powder with sanding was(4.6±0.6)MPa·m1/2,and was higher than those prepared by sintering powder with planetary ball milling and without milling.
