摘  要:印制电子喷印机工作台的质量和静动态特性是影响喷印精度的重要因素。在ISIGHT平台上集成Siemens NX和ANSYS,以减轻喷印机工作台结构质量和提高其静、动态特性为优化目标,采用最优拉丁超立方法对设计变量进行试验设计(DOE),利用改进的非支配排序遗传算法NSGA-Ⅱ进行多目标优化设计。优化结果表明:基于ISIGHT的多目标优化设计方法不仅高效而且可以得到Pareto最优解集,优化后喷印机工作台的质量减轻了33.62%,最大变形减少了44.13%,且一阶固有频率也由43.34 Hz提高到了75.93 Hz。The static and dynamic characteristics and quality of the workbench of printing electronic ink-jet printer are important factors affecting the accuracy of ink-jet printing.This research integrates Siemens NX and ANSYS with ISIGHT to optimize the structural quality of the printer's workbench and improve its static and dynamic characteristics.It uses the optimal Latin hypercube experimental design(DOE)to deal with the variables,and takes the improved non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-Ⅱ(NSGA-Ⅱ)to realize the multi-objective optimization design.The optimization results show that the multi-objective optimization design method based on ISIGHT is not only efficient,but also capable of obtaining Pareto solution.After optimization,the mass of the printer workbench is reduced by 33.62%whole the maximum deformation is reduced by 44.13%and the first-order natural frequency is increased from 43.34 Hz to 75.93 Hz.
