摘  要:为克服传统设计中拓扑优化与尺度设计分离造成的性能缺陷,提出一种基于桁架结构优化的复杂零件构型设计方法,实现了构型和尺寸的同步设计,在满足性能需求的前提下,实现了结构轻量化。首先,通过简化桁架基结构生成过程提高基结构生成速度;其次,以杆件横截面积为优化变量,将拓扑优化问题转化为带有边界约束的尺寸优化问题,实现桁架结构构型与尺寸的同步设计;再次,基于桁架结构的设计方法进行复杂零件构型设计;最后,以某加工中心立柱为例,以质量和静态变形为评价指标,分别利用上述方法及拓扑优化设计方法对立柱进行构型设计。结果表明:采用该方法得到的结构较拓扑优化的结构减重5.4%,变形减小10.28%,验证了该方法的有效性。In order to overcome the performance defects caused by the separation of topology optimization and scale design in traditional design,this paper proposes a configuration design method for complex parts based on truss structure optimization.It realizes the simultaneous design of configuration and size,and realizes lightweight structure under the premise of meeting performance requirements.Firstly,it improves the generation speed of base structure by simplifying the truss foundation base structure generation process.Secondly,it transforms the topology optimization problem into the size optimization problem with boundary constraints by taking the cross-sectional area of the truss as the optimization variable,and realizes the simultaneous design of configuration and size.Thirdly,it carries out complex part configuration design based on the design method of truss structure.Finally,taking a machining center column as an example,it takes quality and static deformation as evaluation indicators and designs the center column configuration by using respectively the above method and topology optimization design method.The results show that compared with the topology optimized structure,the weight of the structure obtained by this method is reduced by 5.4%,and the deformation offset is reduced by 10.28%,which verifies the effectiveness of the method.
