摘　　要：介绍了目前中小企业电控柜的生产现状及传统工艺流程,利用现代先进的质量管理工具,结合实际生产节拍要求,提出了“工”型工作站生产单元布置模型,将闭环单箭流生产模式应用在垃圾站电控柜的生产作业单元,通过“工”型工作站与传统工艺生产模式进行对比,得到了较为合理的垃圾站电控柜生产作业单元布局,充分说明了“工”型工作站的生产先进性。该工作站的作业布局可以进一步为环卫产品及其他同类型产品的电控柜安装提供理论与实践依据。The actual production status and traditional process flow of electronic control cabinet in small and medium-sized enterprises are introduced.Using modern advanced quality management tools,combined with the actual production cycle requirements,a production unit layout model of I-shaped workstation is proposed.The closed-loop single arrow flow production mode is applied to the production operation unit of the electric control cabinet of the garbage dump station,and a comparison is made between the I-shaped workstation and the traditional process production model,which fully demonstrates the production advancement of the I-shaped workstation.The reasonable layout of the production unit of the electronic control cabinet of the garbage station is obtained.The work layout of the workstation can further provide a theoretical and practical basis for the installation of sanitation products and electronic control cabinet.
