关于移装电梯层门部件施工类别界定的探讨

摘　　要：电梯整机及其部件状态的保持是电梯安全监管的重要内容之一。本文基于《电梯施工类别划分表》等有关法规,结合电梯检验工作实际,从检验检测技术角度、通过对一则“移装”电梯层门部件的施工内容、施工类别进行具体分析,得出不同施工情形下的施工内容和施工类别是不同(一般修理、重大修理)的结论。文章还从规避风险的角度,对经初始安装完成并经监督检验合格投入使用的电梯整机及其部件在全生命周期内安全状态的保持进行了分析,并针对性地提出若干应对措施,为基层特种设备安全监察和检验工作提供行之有效地参考。It is one of important contents of elevator safety supervision to keep the whole elevator machine and its parts in good condition.In this paper,based on relevant regulations such as Elevator Construction Categories Classification Table,from the perspective of inspection and testing technology,combined with actual elevator inspection work,through specific analysis of the construction content and construction category definition of elevator landing door components reinstallation,it is concluded that the construction contents and construction categories are different under different construction conditions(general repair and major repair).From the perspective of avoiding supervision risk,this paper also analyzes the problem of keeping safety state of the whole elevator machine and its components in the whole life cycle after initial installation is completed and put into use after supervision inspection.And some countermeasures are put forward to provide effective reference for the safety supervision and inspection of grass-roots special equipment.
