摘　　要：中医"治未病"思想是中医基础理论,其能有效指导中医临床实践并贯穿中医诊治疾病的全程,但由于其理论的抽象化及高度凝练,使得学生在学习、理解并运用中医理论指导临床实践中存在困难。此次以湖北武汉为主阵地的新型冠状病毒肺炎战疫过程中,中医药"防-治-复"全程参与,取得了众所瞩目的成效。拟通过分析本次防疫过程中,中医药针对新冠肺炎的防治措施,探析中医治未病理论的具体运用及在教学中的实施,以期加深学生对中医"治未病"的理解,并强化学生的中医理论及文化信心。The thought of"prevention first",the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),has been applied in the whole process of diagnosis and treatment,and effectively guided the clinical practice of TCM.However,students have difficulty in understanding and applying this theory clinically due to its theoretical abstraction and condensation.During COVID-19 epidemic,especially in Wuhan,Hubei Province,traditional Chinese medicine has actively participated in the whole process in fighting against COVID-19,and achieved remarkable results and proved effective.This paper analyzed the prevention and treatment measures of TCM against COVID-19,and explored the specific application of"prevention first"plus its implementation in teaching.It is hoped to deepen students’understanding of"prevention first"and further strengthen their confidence in TCM theories and culture.
