腹部推拿联合穴位贴敷治疗老年患者肺癌术后便秘的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨腹部推拿联合穴位贴敷治疗肺癌患者术后便秘的临床效果。方法选取2018年3月~2019年6月期间在本院胸外科行胸腔镜肺癌根治术的老年便秘患者59例为研究对象,按照时间先后顺序将所有患者分为干预组与对照组,其中2018年3月~2018年9月术后便秘者22例为对照组,2018年10月~2019年6月术后便秘者37例为干预组。两组实施常规护理,干预组同时给予腹部推拿及穴位贴敷,观察并记录两组症状前后积分、术后24 h、72 h VAS疼痛评分及护理满意度,比较两组患者的干预疗效。结果干预组治疗总有效率(89.19%)高于观察组(68.18%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预组早期便秘症状治疗后积分[(10.54±3.31)分vs(16.18±5.09)分],术后72 h VAS疼痛评分[(2.91±0.68)分vs(2.30±0.66)分]明显低于观察组,总满意度(94.59%vs 72.73%)高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹部推拿联合穴位贴敷治疗肺癌术后老年便秘患者,能够缓解术后疼痛,并提高患者满意度,其方法简单、安全、有效,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of abdominal massage combined with acupoint-application on postoperative constipation of the patients with lung cancer.Methods A total of 59 elderly patients with constipation who underwent thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer in our hospital from March 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the subjects of research and divided into the intervention group and the control group according to the chronological order,among whom 22 patients with postoperative constipation from March 2018 to September 2018 were taken as the control group,and 37 patients with postoperative constipation from October 2018 to June 2019 were taken as the intervention group.The two groups were both given conventional nursing,meanwhile the intervention group was given abdominal massage and acupoint-application.The symptom scores before and after intervention,the VAS scores at 24 h and 72 h after operation and the satisfaction degree with nursing of the two groups were observed and recorded to compare the intervention effect of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the intervention group was 89.19%,higher than 68.18%in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The early symptom scores of constipation after intervention and the VAS score at 72 h after operation in the intervention group were both obviously lower than those in the observation group([10.54±3.31]piont vs[16.18±5.09]piont)([2.91±0.68]piont vs[2.30±0.66]piont),while the total satisfaction degree was higher than that of the observation group(94.59%vs 72.73%),and all these differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In treating the elderly patients with constipation after lung cancer operation,abdominal massage combined with acupoint-application can relieve postoperative pain and improve the patients'satisfaction.Being simple,safe and effective,the method is worthy of promotion.
