摘 要:目的探讨医护一体健康教育模式在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并高血压患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性选取2017年5月~2019年4月我院呼吸内科收治的92例COPD合并高血压患者的临床资料,按健康教育模式分为对照组和观察组,每组各46例。对照组采取传统健康教育方法,由责任护士独自对患者进行健康教育。观察组采取医护一体健康教育模式,由医护人员共同对患者进行健康教育。比较两组患者的健康知识掌握率和服药依从率。结果观察组患者健康知识掌握率为97.83%,高于对照组的73.91%;观察组服药依从性率为95.65%,高于对照组的73.91%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并高血压患者应用医护一体健康教育模式,改变传统医疗护理分体制管理中环节多、效率低的弊端,能够提高患者的健康知识掌握率及服药依从率,进而提高临床疗效,改善患者预后。Objective To explore the application effect of integrated medical and nursing health education model in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and hypertension.Methods The data of 92 patients with COPD combined with hypertension admitted to our department of respiratory medicine from May 2017 to April 2019 in our hospital were reviewed.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to their education models,with 46 cases in each group.The control group adopted traditional health education methods,and the responsible nurses conducted health education for the patients alone.The observation group adopted a health education model of integrated medical and nursing health education model,and medical staff jointly implemented health education interventions on patients.The health knowledge mastery and medication adherence between the two groups were compared.Results The health knowledge mastery rate of the observation group was 97.83%,which was higher than that(73.91%)of the control group.The medication adherence of the observation group was 95.65%,which was higher than that(73.91%)of the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the integrated medical and nursing health education model for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and hypertension has changed the drawbacks of many links and low efficiency in patients with the traditional health care management.It can improve the patient's knowledge mastery rate and thus improve medication adherence,which makes it effectively improve the clinical efficacy and significantly improve the prognosis of patients.
