基于赋能模型的PMR训练对突发性耳聋患者心理状态及睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨以赋能模型为基础的渐进性肌肉放松训练(PMR)突发性耳聋患者心理状态及睡眠质量的影响。方法选取我院五官科2018年01月~2020年03月突发性耳聋患者76例,随机分为对照组和观察组各38例。对照组给予突发性耳聋常规护理干预,观察组实施以基于赋能模型的PMR训练护理干预模式。干预1周,比较两组干预前后的情绪(UCLA孤独量表)、心理状态(症状自评量表SCL-90和孤独量表UCLA)和睡眠质量(匹兹堡睡眠指数量表PSQI)的评分情况。结果干预前,两组UCLA、SCL-90、UCLA及PSQI评分比较无明显差异,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组UCLA、SCL-90及PSQI量表中各项目评分均明显低于本组干预前及对照组同项目干预后水平,观察组干预后治愈及好转率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对突发性耳聋患者实施基于赋能模型的PMR训练护理干预,患者孤独感明显缓解,情绪、心理状态明显改善,睡眠质量明显提高,临床疗效显著。Objective To explore the effect of progressive muscle relaxation training(PMR)on the mental state and sleep quality of patients with sudden deafness based on the empowerment model.Methods Seventysix patients with sudden deafness from January 2018 to March 2020 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,38 cases each.The control group was given routine nursing intervention for sudden deafness,and the observation group implemented a PMR training nursing intervention model based on the empowerment model.After 1 week of intervention,the scores of emotion(UCLA loneliness scale),mental state(symptom self-rating scale SCL-90 and loneliness scale UCLA)and sleep quality(Pittsburgh Sleep Index Scale PSQI)before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of UCLA,SCL-90,UCLA and PSQI between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the scores of each item in the observation group UCLA,SCL-90 and PSQI scale were significantly lower than the intervention of this group The levels before and after the intervention of the same item in the control group were significantly higher in the observation group after intervention than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The PMR training nursing intervention based on the empowerment model was implemented for patients with sudden deafness.The loneliness of the patients was significantly relieved,the mood and mental state were significantly improved,the sleep quality was significantly improved,and the clinical efficacy was significant.
