摘  要:为实现电力系统能量流、信息流、业务流和用户流的有机融合,国家电网公司致力于以电力物联网建设为依托,强化能源互联网信息支撑体系。而如何识别和掌控其风险成为推进电力物联网建设与实施的重要课题。文章通过风险识别构建了电力物联网评价指标体系,并针对主、客观赋权法的优劣,结合改进的层次分析和熵值法两种方法对指标进行组合赋权。然后以云理论为基础构建基于云模型的安全风险评估模型。最后以我国电力物联网为例验证了模型具备较好的稳定性,且评估结果发现电力物联网整体处于较高风险等级,并对此提出相应对策。研究成果以期对电力物联网建设与实施提供一种有益的价值参考和科学判据。In order to achieve the organic integration of the power system energy flow,information flow,business flow and user flow,the State Grid Corporation of China is committed to strengthen the energy Internet information support system based on the construction of the Electric Internet of Things.How to identify and control its risks has become an important issue to promote the construction and implementation of the Electric Internet of Things.This paper built the Electric Internet of Things evaluation index system through risk identification,and combined the two methods of improved analytic hierarchy analysis and entropy value method to weight the indicators according to the advantages and disadvantages of the subjective and objective weighting methods.Then,based on the cloud theory,a security risk assessment model based on the cloud model was constructed.Finally,the Electric Internet of Things in China was used as an example to verify that the model has good stability.The evaluation results show that the Electric Internet of Things is at a higher risk level,and propose corresponding countermeasures.The research results are intended to provide a useful value reference and scientific criterion for the construction and implementation of the Electric Internet of Things.
