摘 要:为真空开关技术向126 kV等高电压等级发展,向智能化方向发展,设计了一种配126 kV单断口选相真空断路器的新型磁力机构。给出了磁力机构的运动机理和数学模型并分析了影响其运动特性的因素,介绍了一种基于模糊算法闭环控制的位移跟踪式选相策略。利用电磁场仿真软件建立了新型磁力机构的二维静态与瞬态有限元模型,依据126 kV单断口真空灭弧室的技术要求,主要对影响磁力机构合闸保持力以及分闸速度2个方面的因素进行了仿真优化分析,得到了影响磁力机构机械特性因素的变化规律,确定了磁力机构的结构与参数,并以此为指导依据加工了试验样机,结果满足126 kV真空灭弧室的技术要求。以新型磁力机构为基础设计了成套的126 kV真空断路器,并根据国家标准GB1984—2014和GB30846—2014在国家高压电器产品质量监督检验中心(河南)完成了型式试验的验证,试验结果符合标准,其中选相关合窗口为±0.5ms。型式试验的通过说明磁力机构具有较高的稳定性和可靠性,可以较好地适配126 kV单断口真空灭弧室以及选相控制。In order to improve the vacuum switch technology to reach its intelligentization and the level of 126 kV or higher voltage,a new type of electro-magnetic force actuator(EMFA)for 126 kV single-break vacuum circuit breaker(VCB)with controlled switching function is designed in this paper.The mathematical model of the EMFA is given and the factors affecting its motion characteristics are analyzed.A position tracking controlled switching strategy based on closed-loop control in the technology of fuzzy control and pules width modulation is presented.The 2D static and transient finite element model of EMFA is established.According to the technical requirements of 126 kV single break vacuum interrupter(VI),some factors about the closing holding force and opening speed are simulated and optimized.The change rule of the factors affecting the mechanical characteristics of the EMFA is obtained and the structure and parameters of EMFA are determined.Finally,the prototype of EMFA is made,which meets the technical requirements of 126 kV VI.Based on this new EMFA,the 126 kV VCB is produced and it passed the type test with the±0.5 ms controlled switching window under the GB1984-2014 and GB30846-2014 in the National High Voltage Electrical Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center(Henan province).This type test results show that the EMFA has a high stability and reliability,which can well match the 126 k V single break VI and the controlled switching.
