摘 要:采用金相法、显微硬度法、直读光谱分析法分别对调质态30CrMo钢脱碳层深度进行测量,并对3种方法的测量结果及操作特点进行对比和分析。结果表明:前两者测量数值偏小且相近,其均值约为后者的73%;对于金相法,通过低倍下组织颜色变浅而非高倍下组织形态变化来判定是否脱碳,可尽量靠近真实值;直读光谱分析法和显微硬度法操作相对复杂、费时。The decarburization depth of quenched and tempered 30CrMo steel was measured by three methods,including metallographic observation method,micro-hardness method and direct reading spectrum analysis method.The measurement results and operation characteristics of these methods were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the values obtained by former two methods were smaller and close with each other,and the mean value was about 73%of the result obtained the later method.For the metallographic method,the decarburization could be judged according to the color fading of microstructure at low magnification instead of morphological change at high magnification,and it could get more accurate values.The operation of both direct reading spectrum analysis method and micro-hardness method was complicated and time-consuming.
