摘 要:在万物互联时代,智慧物流的发展对窄带物联网(NB-IoT)高精度定位技术提出了要求。文中首先分析仿真了目前NB-IoT网络采用的传统TDOA定位技术,针对由于采样率限制导致传统方法定位精度难以提高问题,提出采用多天线阵列测角估计的定位方法。根据NB-IoT信号特征,从多天线阵列测角原理出发,对比了MUSIC算法和ESPRIT在均匀阵列形式的性能;搭建了以软件无线电外设为基础的DOA测角估计的软硬件平台,用于实验验证不同条件下使用MUSIC算法对NB-IoT节点进行角度估计的性能。仿真和实验结果表明,使用多天线阵列估计NB-IoT物联节点角度有较高的准确性和鲁棒性,相较传统方法能提高精度50%以上,具有广泛的应用前景。In the era of Internet of Things,the development of intelligent logistics requires the high-precision positioning technology of Narrow Band-Internet of Things(NB-IoT).In this paper,the traditional TDOA positioning technology used in the NB-IoT network is analyzed and simulated at first.Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to improve the positioning accuracy of traditional methods due to the limitation of sampling rate,a positioning method using multi antenna array angle measurement estimation is proposed.According to the characteristics of NB-IoT signal,the performance of MUSIC algorithm and ESPRIT in the form of uniform array is compared from the angle measurement principle of multi antenna array;the software and hardware platform of DOA angle measurement estimation based on software radio peripheral is built,which is used to verify the angle estimation performance of NB-IoT node under different conditions by MUSIC algorithm.The simulation and experimental results show that using multi antenna array to estimate NB-IoT node angle has high accuracy and robustness,which can improve the accuracy by more than 50%compared with the traditional method,and has a wide range of application prospect.
