摘  要:根据磨煤机技术特点,为满足磨煤机用电机的高启动转矩要求,采用路算法计算、有限元分析等手段对电机进行电磁设计。结合现有电机结构,在保证高启动转矩的前提下,尽量提高电机功率密度,同时适当降低电机的启动电流,设计出更加实用的产品。According to the technical characteristics of coal mill,the electromagnetic design of the motor for coal mill is carried out by means of road algorithm calculation and finite-element analysis to meet the requirements of high starting torque.Combining with the existing motor structure,the power density of the motor should be improved as far as possible on the premise of ensuring high starting torque.At the same time,the starting current of the motor should be reduced appropriately so as to design the products with more practical application.
