摘　　要：成果质量复核是基础性地理国情监测质量控制体系的重要环节,是保证基础性地理国情监测成果质量检查验收尺度一致性和质量评定结论准确性的重要手段,本文通过研究确立了地理国情监测成果质量复核原则和对象,设计并建立了成果复核资料提取与样本抽样、省级验收规范性检查、重点监测成果质量检查、质量评价、复核结论判定等技术与方法,有效应用于26省300万km2独立开展地理国情监测的成果质量复核。Quality review is one of the critical steps of the national geographical condition monitoring quality control system,which directly affects the reliability of the national geographical condition monitoring achievements.In order to ensure the consistency of standards of the quality inspection and acceptance as well as the accuracy of the quality assessment conclusion for the basic national geographical condition monitoring,this paper designs and establishes the principle and object for the quality review of the national geographical condition monitoring achievements,techniques and methods for quality review sampling,important monitoring achievement quality inspection,quality assessment,quality review conclusion making,which has been effectively applied in the quality review of the national geographical condition monitoring achievements in 300 million km2 of 26 provinces nationwide.
