摘　　要：针对国土资源业务数据,应用移动GIS技术,研究国土资源管理的新方法,提出新的应用模式设计。通过分析国土业务体系,形成由国土基础数据库、数据管理平台、移动应用端组成的技术架构,定制离线、在线混合设计模式和具体功能模块。该模式实现了国土资源浏览查询、统计分析以及在线文件传输、交互操作等功能。应用到土地整治巡查和国土资源决策等业务中,丰富了国土资源的管理方式,对于国土资源管理信息化的发展具有重要意义。Aiming at the land resources business data,this paper discusses a new method of land resources management and proposes a new application mode design by applying the mobile GIS technology.Through the analysis of the land resources business system,the technical framework consisting of the land basic database,data management platform,and mobile application is formed,the offline and online mixed design mode and specific function modules are customized.The design mode realizes the functions of land resources browse and query,statistic and analysis,on-line file transmission and interactive operation,etc.Its application on land consolidation inspection and land resources decision-making can enrich the management methods of land resources,which is significant to the informationization of land resources management.
