摘　　要：以我国2018年基础性国情监测项目为依托,对项目中采用的内外业一体化系统软件的基本功能及相关操作事项进行详尽的介绍及系统的说明。通过对系统软件关键技术问题的探讨以及可用性进行研究,证明这种新型作业方式有广阔的发展前景,在基础地理信息数据更新采集过程中将更具优势。Based on China’s basic national condition monitoring project in 2018,this paper makes a detailed introduction and systematic description of the basic functions and related operational matters of the indoor and field integration system software used in the project.By discussing the key technical problems of the system software and studying its usability,it is proved that this new operation mode will become the development direction of surveying and mapping technology in the future,and it will have more advantages and play an important role in the updating and collecting of basic geographic information data.
