摘　　要：目的对心内科临床药师参与药学服务的临床实践进行总结分析。方法临床药师结合心内科临床工作实际案例,从药代动力学特征、药物相互作用、药物不良反应、抗菌药物合理应用、中药注射剂合理应用等角度进行分析,进行用药审核和点评工作。结果临床药师通过参与临床治疗和药学监护,解决了临床中存在的用药问题。结论临床药师利用药学知识介入临床实践已取得初步成果,提高了临床合理用药水平并保障了用药安全。Objective To summarize and analyze the clinical practice of clinical pharmacists participating in pharmaceutical care in cardiovascular department.Methods Drug uses were reviewed and evaluated based on actual cases,analyzed pharmacokinetic characteristics,drug interactions,adverse drug reactions,rational use of antibiotics,rational use of traditional Chinese medicine injections and so on.Result Clinical pharmacists had solved the problems of drug uses in clinical practice by participating in clinical treatment and pharmaceutical care.Conclusion Preliminary results have been achieved in clinical practice by clinical pharmacists using pharmaceutical knowledge.The level of clinical rational drug use has been improved and the safety of drug use has been ensured.
